School Admission form

If you would like your child to attend Benhall Infant School you will need to complete an Admissions form.  Please click on the link below to open up a word document containing the necessary form.  Completed forms need to be sent to the school office.

Once we have received your completed admissions form we will add your child's name on to the school's waiting list. 

You will receive a form from Gloucestershire Local Education Authority (LEA) in November the year before your child is due to start school requesting you to choose your first three preferences of schools.  This form needs to be sent back to the LEA by 31st January. 

You will then be notified which school your child has been allocated late March/early April.
